The Board of Trustees is committed to the work of making sure McDonogh School is a diverse, 公平的, 包容性的机构. To that end, in July 2020, an 股本 Committee of the Board was established as a standing group. This committee ensures open dialogue at the board level and helps to foster, 鼓励, 并强调多样性的重要性, 股本, 和包容.
The MPA 股本 and 包容 Committee was created to provide specialized support to the McDonogh community and enable the development of appropriate skills and cultural competencies in order to further facilitate the continued success of McDonogh students. McDonogh supports affinity spaces and adheres to NAIS’s Best Practices on the rationale and purpose of affinity spaces. Several student, parent, 教师/工作人员 和校友 affinity spaces have already been established.
